Early registration will allow to process information in a timely manner and guarantee high-quality services to guests.

For stays of only one night, an additional service fee of RUB 1000.00 will be charged.
Self-check-in is possible at any time.
The hotel has a pet policy, please contact the hotel for details. When staying with animals, an additional RUB 5000.00 will be charged to the main deposit (refundable). In case of heavy soiling, a cleaning fee will be charged from the deposit.
The deposit is returned after checking the house (the next day).
After making a reservation, guests should contact the cottage administrator for check-in instructions, as well as to coordinate additional services and accommodation details. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation.
Use of the sauna and steam bath is available at an additional cost.
Breakfast is available for an additional fee. The cost of breakfast must be confirmed with the cottage staff.
Noisy parties are prohibited. Silence in the street after 10:00 PM.
Smoking in the house is prohibited.
