It is obligatory to identify the guest by passport and transfer a refundable deposit before check-in. The deposit is refundable upon check-out after the apartment has been cleaned, subject to the rules of residence.
Check-in and payment instructions are sent to the guest's phone through the booking bot in Telegram or WhatsApp messengers. Check-in instructions can be received until 11:00 PM.
Standard check-in time is from 04:00 PM, check-out is until 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are agreed and paid separately.
The building is new, the elevators are still covered with construction film, construction work can be carried out in some apartments during the daytime hours, but the management company carefully monitors compliance with the work order and does not allow violations.
According to the rules of residence, it is not allowed: smoking in any form of any substances (in case of violation, a fine in the amount of the deposit is charged), parties and noisy events, people staying in the room more than stated in the reservation, staying with pets.
Free cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before arrival. |
