Check-in is made upon full payment of the cost of accommodation.

Check-in is made only upon presentation for foreign citizens - a valid passport of a foreign state, a valid visa (for countries with a visa regime), the original migration card, as well as a confirmation of registration from a previous place of stay in the territory of the Russian Federation, if the guest has been in the territory of the Russian Federation for more than 3 days from the date of crossing the border.

In accordance with the Rules for the provision of hotel services, minors under 14 years of age are accommodated accompanied by their parents or accompanying persons with written consent from one of the parents and with the original birth certificate of the minor. Minors between the ages of 14 and 18 are accommodated upon presentation of a passport and written consent from one of the parents.

Subject to availability, early check-in from 06:00 AM to 12:00 PM upon payment of 50% of the daily cost of living.

Subject to availability, late check-out until 06:00 PM is possible upon payment of 50% of the daily cost of living.

The hotel has luggage storage.

Smoking of cigarettes, hookahs, tobacco heating systems, and electronic cigarettes of all types is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel.

Only one child 5 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
