A refundable deposit in the amount of 5,000 rubles is required.

Guests are charged an additional fee for late check-in: from 20:30 to 23:00 — 500 rubles, and after 23:00 — 1,000 rubles.

A prepayment of 1 night's accommodation is required before arrival. The prepayment must be paid within 24 hours after booking. At the end of the booking process, the apartment representative will contact guest to provide information on how to make the prepayment. If the prepayment is not paid within the specified period, the reservation can be canceled. If guest cancels his reservation less than 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.

Also, guest should inform the apartment representative about the expected time of his arrival in advance.
