You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of RUB 3000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests can check in for free from 14:00 until 22:00. Late check in from 22:00 until 00:00 is available at RUB 1000 surcharge. Late check in after 00:00 is due to RUB 1500 surcharge. Guests are kindly asked to inform the property of their arrival time before 22:00. Guests are kindly asked to inform the property 3 hour prior to picking up the keys. The manager will wait at the arranged time for no longer than 30 minutes. Extra waiting time is subject to 500 RUB surcharge. Please note that guest must be the holder of the credit card used for booking and needs to provide it upon check in. Alternatively, a different credit card or cash can be used for payment - in this case full amount of prepayment will be refunded to the credit card used for booking. The property cannot be rented as a party venue. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Guests are kindly asked to present a passport at check in.
