When booking for two guests, one set of linen is included, laid on a double bed - 4 towels, a double sheet, a double blanket, 2 pillows with pillowcases. Use of an additional set of linen — RUB 600.00 for each day of booking, even if 1 additional piece of linen was used.

The cleaning fee is paid before check-in by transfer to the card.

Remote check-in is provided. Guests must contact the property in advance at the phone number provided in the booking confirmation. Check-in instructions are sent to the guest's phone through the booking bot in the Telegram messenger.

When booking, guests agree to the rules indicated in the tariffs, and the text of the announcement, and also conclude a lease or hiring agreement with the owner of the premises — an individual.

The deposit is paid by card of banks operating on the territory of the Russian Federation before settlement, returned within 16 calendar days after payment of all services and cleaning of apartments, subject to compliance with the rules of residence, according to the details from which the payment was made.

A penalty in the amount of the deposit is charged for smoking any substances in any form, holding parties and noisy events, staying in the room in excess of the declared number at night, staying with animals if it was not specified in the reservation, departure delay of more than 20 minutes if late check-out was not paid, loss of keys, violation of terms under the employment or lease agreement, lack of payment for the services used by the guest, as well as taxes and fees indicated in the booking confirmation.
