Stay of additional guests not indicated on the booking is negotiated and paid additionally.
The administration of the facility asks guests to leave street shoes on the doorstep.
The facility does not have a central sewer system, so all garbage must be thrown into a bucket and then into a tank on the street. The tank is emptied and cleaned daily.
The use of any pyrotechnics anywhere in the village is strictly prohibited.
The minimum rental period is two days, cleaning is included.
Accommodation with pets is negotiated in advance and paid additionally.
The deposit is refunded after cleaning, provided that all property is in place and undamaged, there are no heavy pollution.
Early check-in and late check-out are agreed separately.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay free of charge.
