An identity document is required to conclude the contract.

You can use the wood-fired sauna on the hotel premises for an additional fee if ordered at least 3 days before arrival.

The price of accommodation includes: towels, bed linen, disposable slippers, hygiene products, dental kit, hair dryer, water cooler, tea, coffee, spices.

Accommodation of more than 2 guests, pets, children from 6 years old - for an additional fee. Children under 5 years old are accommodated free of charge without providing a bed.

The security deposit is returned on the day of departure by transfer to the card after the final cleaning, provided that the house is free of: garbage, traces of dirt or smoking, no damage has been caused to the property.

Reporting documents are provided for business guests.

- early check-in and late check-out

- wood-fired sauna with preparation, minimum 3 hours

- gazebo with barbecue area, with necessary equipment and firewood

- hookah with different flavors to choose from

- preparation of tandoor, for cooking

- preparation of smokehouse for smoking fish and meat

- cauldron for pilaf and fish soup

- firewood or coals (birch)

- bath brooms (oak, birch)

- preparation of boat, for walks or fishing, on the river

- services of assistant for cleaning, cooking and smoking fish, meat, pilaf, preparing sauna, etc.

Guests must clean up after themselves and take out the trash. The fee for left trash is from 500.00 RUB.

House rules:

- do not make noise after 22:00,

- do not smoke indoors,

- treat property with care,

- accommodate only the agreed number of people,

- wear socks or disposable slippers in the house,

- do not make fire outside the fire pit area,

- the barbecue area is intended only for cooking,

- do not use pyrotechnics without permission.
