Check-in to the apartment is possible at any convenient time from 15:00 to 23:00, check-out is possible until 10:00.
Early check-in and late check-out are possible for an additional fee.
Check-in before 12:00 is charged in the amount of 1 night stay, check-in from 12:00 to 15.00 is paid in the amount of half the cost of a night stay. The cost of late check–out from 10:00 to 17:00 is paid in the amount of the cost of half a night's stay, check-out after 17:00 is paid in the amount of 1 night's stay. This additional service is provided by prior agreement, if there is a vacant apartment.
Check-in to the apartment is carried out with the manager until 18:00, from 18:00 to 23:00 it is possible to independently check into the apartment with a full prepayment.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
Reservations for the current day are accepted until 23:00.
The apartments do not have a reception desk. Guests can contact the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
When booking for dates from 30.12 to 06.01, an advance payment and a deposit of RUB 5000.00 for the safety of property are required, which is returned upon departure.
