1. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes. There is a smoke detector in the room.
2. Staying with animals.
3. Holding noisy events and parties. The law of silence is from 23:00-10:00.
4. Accommodation for guests not specified at the time of booking.
5. Using candles and storing flammable products.
After check-in, you should additionally familiarise yourself with the useful information in the green folder.
Cameras are installed in the entrance to the flat for security and to monitor the number of people moving in.
Washing dishes and taking out the rubbish after guests are not included in the cleaning protocols.
In case of early departure for stays of less than 2 days the payment is not refunded, other situations are considered individually, taking into account a valid reason, missed opportunities and paid taxes and commissions.
Minor guests can stay in the flat only with their legal representatives.
Documents for legal entities and travelling employees are available by prior arrangement.
After paying for the reservation and registration, guests will receive detailed instructions on how to check-in.
The possibility of remote check-in after 16:00 is organised.
A contract is signed with each guest. You will need a passport and messenger. The whole procedure will take no more than 5 minutes. |
