Parking on site is paid. To open the gate, upon request, a push-button telephone is issued with the saved telephone numbers from the gate.
An additional set of linen for a folding sofa — RUB 200.00 (the price includes 1 set with which the bed is made).
Accommodation with animals is paid additionally.
Upon check-in, a prerequisite is a refundable deposit, the cost of the second set of bed linen is deducted from it when it is used.
For bookings during the New Year holidays, the amount of the deposit increases to 5000.00 RUB.
