俄罗斯公民在抵达时必须持有俄罗斯护照原件。

Pets are allowed upon prior agreement and for an additional fee of 500.00–1000.00 RUB. The exact amount of the surcharge depends on the weight of the animal (maximum 15 kg).

Residence rules.

Check-in after 02:00 PM, check-out time 12:00 PM.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the apartment.

It is forbidden to throw away or break any of the interior elements; make a rearrangement without the consent of the administration; lose keys; live with animals without the consent of the administration; leave the front door open; leave behind garbage, dirty dishes, make noise after 09:00 PM; cause damage to property.
