From November 5th to December 8th, the Olympia lift, which can be used to get to the hotel, will be undergoing maintenance. The Zapovedny Les, Kavkazsky Express, Volchya Skala and Edelweiss lifts will also be closed. During the maintenance, free shuttles of the Rosa Khutor resort will run from 08:00 AM to 10:00 PM from Rosa Dolina — height 560, to the hotels of the Mountain Olympic Village: including the Riders Lodge, Philosophy of the Mountains and the 28 Hotel. Guests can also get there by private transport or taxi. The shuttle schedule can be found at the hotel. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation.

Registration of guests takes place at the address: Esto-Sadok, ulitsa Sulimova 7.

To check in, you must go to the reception, located in the main hotel building with the Ski Inn SPA logo.

Guests are charged a resort fee, starting from the second day of stay, from an adult guest without registration in the Krasnodar Territory. Resort fee: RUB 50.00 per day for each guest over 15 years old, RUB 30.00 per day for guests under 15 years old.

From 12/01/2023, for guests staying in the Mountain Olympic Village, the cost of a walking ticket for the Olympia cable car, which connects the hotel level and the lower base of the resort, will be RUB 50.00 per day for guests over 15 years old and RUB 30.00 per day for guests from 7 to 14 years old. You can purchase a ticket upon check-in at the registration desk. Children under 6 years old can use the cable car free of charge. The first lift upon confirmation of booking is free.
