俄罗斯公民在抵达时必须持有俄罗斯护照原件。 After booking, guests must contact the Booking Manager to complete the verification process.
Guests will receive a message on their phone with a link to sign the rental agreement and upload their passport details in electronic form. Once completed, guests will be sent detailed check-in instructions.
Check-in at the apartment is done remotely.
It is important to correctly specify the number of guests when booking. Accommodating individuals not listed at the time of the reservation is not allowed in the apartment.
For bookings of 7 days or more, a deposit of RUB 5000.00 is required. The deposit is returned on the day of departure, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, via bank card transfer.
Late check-out is available by prior arrangement and for an additional fee of RUB 300.00 for each hour after 12:00 PM.
Early check-in before 12:00 PM and late check-in after 9:30 PM are available for an additional fee of 450.00 RUB.
Staying with cats is not allowed.
Smoking inside the apartment and on the balcony is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
A full set of reporting documents is provided upon request.
