The following is prohibited in the apartment:
Smoking is only possible on the balcony with the windows tightly closed. If there is a smell of tobacco, the deposit will not be returned.
Organizing celebrations, events and parties. Guests may be evicted without refund of deposit.
For each additional guest an additional payment of RUB 500.00 will be charged.
Upon arrival, the guest pays a security deposit and the cost of the first night of stay. The deposit amount is returned to the guest after check-out if there is no damage and the rules of residence are observed. During the New Year holidays, the deposit amount may be increased.
If necessary, reporting documents are prepared upon request.
Accommodation with pets is negotiated individually in each case and may be paid additionally.
