Contactless check-in is provided. An agreement is signed electronically before check-in. After signing the contract, guests receive instructions on how to check in. Basic information on check-in and accommodation will be provided to guests via a Telegram bot.
Early check-in and late check-out are agreed upon and paid separately. For guaranteed early check-in or late check-out, you must book the previous or next day, respectively.
Upon check-in, a security deposit is paid, which is refunded on the day of departure.
The choice of a house for accommodation remains at the discretion of the host party, but the wishes of the guests are taken into account.
The territory can accommodate 5 families, according to the number of apartments.
Accounting documents are provided for seconded employees.
Standard maintenance cleaning after check-out is included in the room rate. Guests are required to keep clean: washing dishes and taking out garbage are not included in the standard cleaning and must be paid additionally, the cost of the service is RUB 2000.00. In case of severe pollution requiring intensive cleaning or professional cleaning, payment will be charged from the funds of the insurance deposit.
Smoking is prohibited.
Parties and events are not allowed.

From the railway station to the address guests can get by bus No. 121 from the Rynok/Hlebozavod stop, get off at the Konechnaya bus stop. Guests can use the app to call a taxi.
