Washing clothes is accepted at an additional cost.
Guests are charged a non-refundable prepayment in the amount of 1 night stay. It is transferred to the bank details, which are sent after the completion of the booking to an email address.
The hotel provides minor repair of clothes for a fee.
A bathrobe is provided only in the rooms: Deluxe Family Room and Comfort Two-Room Room. In other rooms - on request.
Babysitting and child care (for a fee).
Before arrival, guests must pay an advance payment in the amount of 1 night stay. Within a few days after making a reservation, the hotel administrator will contact the guest to provide information on how to make a prepayment.
Children from 5 years old are allowed to stay.
