Please note that Localtraveling São Pedro does not have a reception. As soon as the reservation is confirmed, Localtraveling São Pedro will contact guests with the details and instructions for arrival.

Please note that a 25% deposit of the total value of the booking is required to confirm the reservation. This deposit must be done within 48 hours of the time of booking.

Please note that guests checking in after 22:00 will pay an additional cost of EUR 30 per reservation. Upon arrival a security deposit of EUR 100 is required to be paid in cash.

Please note that this property has no elevator and access is done through stairs.

Please note that as this is a historical area, cars cannot access the property directly.
