Please inform Villa Mar in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. If cancelled or changed up to 60 days from arrival, 30% of the total amount will be charged. In the case of late arrival or no-show, the full reservation amount will be charged. A prepayment deposit of 30% of the full amount via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions. The remaining 70% will be charged up to 50 days prior to check-in. Please note that the property's owners live on the premises, in a private apartment at the back of the building, independent from all facilities occupied by guests. Please note that the use of air conditioning has a surcharge of EUR 25. The charging of electrical cars is not allowed on the property. Managed by a private host
