A damage deposit of EUR 75 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note it is mandatory to rent bed linen at 7.50 EUR per person per stay, this is not included in the room rate. Kitchen linen can be rented at a surcharge of 4 EUR per set. Please note that breakfast is served at the hotel, in the same building. |
