Electricity up to 10 kWh per day is included. Further electricity consumption has an extra cost of EUR 0.20 per kWh. Water usage up to 1 cubic metre is included. Further water usage is at a surcharge of EUR 10 per cubic metre. Heating in winter comes at an extra cost of EUR 10 per day.
