A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel.Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Italy hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information.If the guests arrive after 08:00 PM they should notify the hotel in advance and receive check-in instructions. Contact info is in the booking confirmation.Guests who should arrive (for reasons that do not depend on accomodation) after hours there is a fee of EUR 100.00 – unless the documents are sent to the hotel and hotel is notified 24 hours before the arrival time.If, for obvious reasons, guests arrival is scheduled after closing time, there is a self check-in mode.In the meantime, guests should send the hotel a copy of the documents of all the residents. In addition, guests need to go in the morning to the reception for the balance of the Tourist Tax.
