Arrivals after 8:00 PM must be communicated in advance to the property. Contact details can be found in the booking confirmation. Guests have to contact the reception office in advance to obtain the key box code and thus getting the apartment keys. Check-in after 8:00 PM may not be guaranteed without prior arrangement and a surcharge of EUR 50.00 may be applied. Also, guests' phone number is required for late check-in.Mandatory charges to be paid on the spot from 06/03 to 09/15 is EUR 3.00 for children aged from 3 to 11 years old, is free of charge for infants from 0 to 2 years old. It includes: energy and water consumption, gas, bed linen. Change of bed linen every 7 nights, for stays of at least 14 nights.In case of late arrival, the guest must inform the hotel.
