This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Air conditioning is available on request and at an additional cost of: - EUR 15 per week in the studio - EUR 25 per week in the one-bedroom apartment - EUR 35 per week in the two-bedroom apartment. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site at EUR 10 per person/per set. A compulsory extra charge is valid from 1 June to 30 September and relates to a club card that entitles you to access the swimming pool, a covered parking space per apartment and the use of sports facilities such as the tennis court and soccer field, on request and subject to availability.
