There is an additional damage deposit fee of EUR 80.This deposit will be refunded on departure if the apartment is left in the same, clean condition found on arrival. You will receive only a part of the deposit if final cleaning is needed. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Residence La Filanda, Via Tavernole 16, Costermano 37010. A security deposit of EUR 80 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
