The front desk is open during the following times:

• Monday - Sunday: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM

• Monday - Saturday: 3 PM - 7:30 PM

If you are planning to arrive after 7:30 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation.

Know Before You Go

• All guests, including children, must be present at check-in and show their government-issued photo ID card or passport.

Fees

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Pet fee: EUR 10.00 per pet, per night (maximum EUR 20.00 per stay)
• Late check-in fee: EUR 50 for check-in between 7:30 PM and 10 PM
• Late check-out fee: EUR 100.00 (subject to availability)
• Crib (infant bed) fee: EUR 10.0 per day
• Rollaway bed fee: EUR 20.0 per day

Mandatory Fees and Taxes

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Cash deposit: EUR 200.00 per stay
