For stays longer than a week, a mandatory cleaning, with a cost of EUR 50, will be performed for 4 hours on Saturday. A security deposit of EUR 700 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
