Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that the villa is located in a quiet residential area, therefore guests are expected minimize the noise after 22:00. Please note that on arrival, a passport copy of every guest must be forwarded to the villa manager, who will check them against the list of confirmed guests per the initial inquiry. Only guests who have provided their names with a matching passport copy are permitted to stay at the villa. Please note that the property requires a deposit payment by credit card or via online payment gateway to secure the reservation. The staff will contact you directly after you book to provide the payment instructions.
