Breaking this policy may result in a cleaning fee of $250. Any damaged, stained, broken or lost items will be billed to guests including linens, appliances, furnishings and kitchenware. Special dietary restrictions may be accommodated with advanced notice and at staff discretion. Children older than 12 years of age are welcome.
