The hotel will contact you after booking to provide bank wire instructions. Please note that all minors under 18 years of age need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his/her parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Please note that late check-out until 1 pm is available upon request for an extra fee of 25,000 COP. Please note beverages are not included in the meals. Halfboard includes breakfast and dinner.
