Please note that all common areas (beach, swimming pool, restaurant) are open to the general public. Please note, this hotel is located on the island and there is only 1 way to arrive. The room rate does not include transportation. Guests can coordinate their own transportation or take the hotel's private boat Cartagena - Islas del Rosario - Cartagena at 9:00 hrs returning at 15:00 hrs. Please note pets are not allowed at the hotel. Children older than 4 years pay as an adult. Children under 3 years old pay for their meals and transportation. Only guests with a Visa TP - 11 or Permiso - 5 / PTP - 5 tourist visa are exempt from paying value added tax (IVA) during their stay.
