In accordance with the country's tax laws, all Chilean citizens and foreigners residing in the country are required to pay an additional 19% VAT. To be exempt from the 19% VAT fee, guests must pay the amount of the stay in USD and present a copy of the immigration card and passport. Guests paying in local currency will not be exempt from paying this fee. In case of no-show at the establishment, the invoice will be issued in local currency and will include said VAT supplement. * This VAT supplement is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.
