This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that certain charges are deducted from the deposit, these are: - Electricity will be charged with € 0.6 / kWh. - Water usage will be charged at EUR 7 per m³ - A wheelbarrow of firewood is included during your stay EUR 7 - Garbage bags of EUR 7 each. 1 trash bag is advised when renting the accommodation for a weekend and 2 bags for a one week stay.
