Please note that Quest Spring Hill Business Apartment requires a AUD $300 credit card pre-authorisation upon check in to cover any incidental charges. This will freeze the $300 for a period of 5 to 10 working days. Cash is not an acceptable form of payment at this hotel.

Please check in at the Quest Spring Hill main reception, located at 454 Upper Edward Street. Office hours are 07:00 to 22:00 from Monday to Friday, and 08:00 to 21:00 Saturday and Sunday. The reception is closed on public holidays.

Please note that this hotel has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Any violation of this policy will result in eviction from the property and additional cleaning fees will be charged.

Please note that the rooms are serviced on a weekly basis.
