where to begin???
we booked this villa for the chance to see real Vietnam!!
what we got was 4 sleepless nights on a slab of concrete!!!
now the owners are extremely nice people the food this great 
but lets be honest where in Vietnam does one find karaoke machines in local native villages
this did not really become an issue but from midnight on the roosters crow all the dogs in the village bark constantly and if that is not enough fishing boats cruise up and down the river with no mufflers 
it sounds like your at the speed way
now if you manage to get any sleep in the night your awaken to the sound of the public address system right at 6am every morning and goes on until 7 am 
the sound is very annoying to say the least!!
im not quite sure who has been writing the reviews on booking .com but they are either dead or deaf possible both
now im not one to complain as you can see from my other reviews but I feel this needs to be said so other travellers do not experience what my wife and I did during our stay
we booked for 5 nights but by the fourth night I could not take it any more
so we cut our stay short 
yes the island is beautiful and could have been the highlight of our trip instead we needed to escape to find some quiet
this was the last week of our three week holiday in Vietnam and we travelled north to south and never once did we encounter such racket so please beware and ask your self why know one else has written reviews on trip advisor
the owner does send an email with regards to what to expect but it does not really outline the true level of the noise he even has ear muffs in the room ????
