the owner is extremely friendly and helpful. it's located near fairy stream and red sand dunes, the only setback would be it's a distance away from the bar and night entertainment life but it is a quiet place to stay and enjoy the night. the room was very clean and spacious. would definitely recommend this place for any backpackers coming to mui ne. 

cooling and full service

The place was amazing. My girlfriend and I stayed here for four nights originally intending to stay only two, but the value for money combined with the clean spacious rooms and extremely friendly staff changed our mind quickly. The hotel itself is beautiful and situated oceanfront with quick access to the fairy stream (5 minute walk) and the red sand dunes (2.5 km, hour walk). They were quick to clean the rooms and the only downside would be it's not too close to the main bars and restaurants but the host was gracious enough to help us get to town each night. Overall one of the best stays we have had in Vietnam. It is run by an extremely nice family and you can tell they take care to make sure each and every guest is taken care of. Definitely stay here. 

Friendly, Clean, Rooftop, BAM!

We had a nice room with two double beds for three of us.
Walk up only.
The lady was really helpful and friendly with limited english.
The guest house is located on the main road and the beach is reached by way of a pathway.
Although no other bungalow exist between the guest house and the beach there is room for future develop.
The beach is not great but we did go for a swim and sunbathed for a short while.

Delightful

We went out for dinner and when we came back someone had stolen money from my daughters wallet,staff was not responsive at all and blamed us, she should not have left her purse in the room but that is no excuse for poor security. otherwise the room was okay, but when the power went off it was really hot at night. There is no food available ,  but nicer restaurants are around . Mui ne isa busy placewitha lot of russian tourists, so brush up on your languages skills
