I can't judge the hotel itself, but the beach area in front of the hotel is completely polluted. The flood keeps rinsing empty plastic bottles, plastic bags, styrofoam, etc. This doesn't seem to interest the hotel! You hate going to the sea with so much trash.

Dirty beach in front of the hotel

Large room with a beautiful deck and view. We started in room 932 overlooked the ocean. We were very pleased with the cleaning and the friendly staff. We had just come on a trip from north Vietnam down to the south. We had planned to rent scooters in the front and tour around. But we enjoyed our deck with the fabulous view and the beach and pool so much we never toured around. 
Very happy with this resort and would highly recommend. Air conditioner is very quiet and the ocean breezes kept us cool on the deck. Ate at a lot of restaurants on the main road, all very good. The Pirate bar had very good entertainment. The kite surfing school in front also was very interesting to watch. The wifi worked great in our room and on the beach.

The hotel looks like it's in Hawaii.) Everything is for relaxation. The food is optimal. The interior is not European but rather Hawaiian, you'll like it for sure))). I bet well with the plus. The pool is interesting. The lounges are caify. The sand of the Baunti. The water is clean. The territory of the hotel is very beautiful!. They clean the rooms every day and well enough!

We crossed from north to south Vietnam which is a very beautiful country, we made several hotels in 15 days with various stars 2-3-4. Arrived at the hotel no hot water, closed toilets, they came out they didn't even clean the bathroom floor having put toilet water everywhere. The hot water didn't come back. We asked to change rooms. The bathroom faucet is hanging from the wall, the joints are black. Very old hotel that requires a good refurbishment!

Disappointing

Good day! Specifically by hotel, we are not the first time in this hotel, we can compare. The hotel has given up its position strongly. The furniture is in need of restoration, very easy, the laundry is so cold that when I settled I thought I had forgotten to change it to so much gray! From the rooms have been removed the bar, the robes, as writers may not put water on, forget to put tea, coffee etc., say at will. Breakfast is usual, if you compare it with other hotels, such as Vamvoo village, or Terracotta on 3+, it is better not to come to the end, it may be finished and no more will be brought.

Seven years ago we first came to Vietnam and we were lucky to meet some really good guides.

The disadvantages include a terrible internet, an old room fund with all the consequences: outdated plumbing, gray laundry and towels, a creepy mattress (slept like on boards). I realized that the rest could be much better if I had another option. The hotel has new premises where all these disadvantages could be avoided.

Ocean star resort

We stayed in December 2019 in a two-story building on the 2nd floor, on the 4th floor. Food was on FB. We liked it. Lunch and dinner on the menu, but the drinks are still paid. Very tasty and beautiful. You have to understand that it's Vietnam, and not wait for the supernatural. Minus the lack of internet, we took a simka on the street for 10 dollars, it was enough for all the rest. The sea was warm, the waves were always there.

Good mood.

We moved in right away, room de luxe, safe, bar, mirrors, everything super... except the cleanliness in the bathroom. The towel was given dry, daily cleaning. The breakfast was excellent, my husband and I had a meal. One night I was bitten by mosquitoes. Dinner was in Uzbekistan across the street, wonderful hosts, sociable and delicious cooking. The wave was always there, but you could swim. The restaurants close early. We went to bed early and got up early.

Not a bad hotel.

The hotel doesn't attract any 4 stars. It's stable 3. Everything has a terrible economy. Breakfast is scarce. Clothes are gray, cleaning is just like that. The internet is very weak, the beach is completely lacking. The hotel's territory is good, cleaned all the time. The sea is not nice. Large waves. With children you don't shop. The staff doesn't understand Russian at all. In English once. The air conditioner says badly every day for 4 days in a row. After cleaning they can't put shampoo or water in the room. You have to check. Neighbors have pulled money out of the bag. Everything is more or less valuable to clean in the safe.
