Great little room with WiFi, en suite, fridge and air con. Owner very friendly and we booked our tour through him also. Only issue was it's down a dark alleyway so you'll need a light if you are returning late in the evening. Great location and cheap so would stay here again.

Definitely Recommend 

The room was huge and amazing comfy bed, great sized bathroom and fridge and air con are amazing! Down side was the barking dogs every morning from around 3am onwards! Very very noisy people talking loud, chickens, dogs, children playing from very early hours onwards! Far from the beach but 15min walk to the food court (we ate there every night as it has the most amazing options) hired bikes from the lovely man outside the guesthouse to bike to the beach everyday. Great for overall price we paid just wish it was a little bit quieter.

Great room but noisy 

No-Frills place, nice owners, bought a 5$ Sands Dune tour through them. Room is old, could be a bit cleaner. Rooster started being loud at 5:30 litterally next door. Place is a little hard to find at night, located behind two shops on the main road. A 1min walk away from the beach. For one night in Mui Ne, it’s fine, but for longer stays look elsewhere

Average place for cheap price

I was there several times. And each time we go to Mui Ne stay there. Clean Rooms, the owner speaks quite good English, very big clean rooms, just 2 min to walk to the beach. Everything is near: shops, beach, bars, good restaurants. Strongly recommended for budget travelers!

Best value for money in Mui Ne

The owner picked us up at the bus which is just a few meters away from the guest house so that was very comfortable. Our room was clean and looked better than on the pictures. It was also very hot inside but there is airconditioning. 
This guest house is actually a family's home located behind the main street. You need to walk down an always wet dirt alley to get there so you can't keep our feet clean and dry. There are animals just like chicken and such around and that's the first thing you smell when you leave the room. They are also very noisy early in the morning so you won't sleep here very long. This wouldn't even have bothered us that much. What really did though was that the wife of the owner woke us up after midnight and stormed into our room because she thought we didn't use the toilet correctly and that's why they didn't have any water... I couldn't fall asleep after that at least for an hour. When I told them the next day that they can't just come into our room in the middle of the night, they didn't seem to understand what my problem was... The next morning we were going to rent a motorbike to do a loop of 300 kms, something the owner arranged for us. We asked like three times if it was ok to rent it for 3 days and go far with it, they always said ok... but when we turned up all packed for our trip in the morning, they said it was not possible to get a bike for that distance, like they didn't know about our plans... very irritating! So we had to postpone it with a day because of them. We checked into the MaiVy guest house instead where we got a much nicer room with our own terrace on the beach side for 2 dollars cheaper and they could orginaze a bike for our loop right away... you can get so much better for this price (or even cheaper) in Mui Ne.
