Very nice rooms and a lovely pool, set in well kept gardens leading to the kitesurfing beach. 
Staff are friendly and helpful, and the receptionist has good English and such a polite manner. Not the cheapest place, but you get what you pay for here.
I have stayed here for the past three years, and will keep coming back!

Excellent accommodation and location

The hotel is really small. On the first line, there are beds on the beach and by the pool. But the breakfasts are the same, for a choice of 5-6 dishes. We usually ate pancakes, not wow of course, but better than nothing. For a standard room of $47 a day, you could get a better room and get cleaned every day. Cleaning is like changing towels on demand here, and if there was no cleaning, no one would get you water every day. In Munich hotels with the best service and at ridiculous prices (15-30 dollars a day) a rush. I wouldn't recommend this place for people who care about price and quality. And in this place, I have no idea about hotels at all.

Expensive for that level.

This is a beautiful hotel. Actually on the beach but still very peaceful and relaxed.Right on the main street within reach of all the restaurants and shops. The manager was very helpful in arranging  tours and providing information. Terrific place and I would recommend it. Great value.

Great place to stay

This is a very basic nice place. Big minus is that it doesnt have safes - I recommend to read other reviews to understand why it is critical.  Aircon was working well, wifi worked ok, breakfast was ok as well, room was spacious. It would be nice if employees were more friendly and at least smile sometimes;)

On the beach of the hotel there is a kite station. Beach of the hotel is nice but big waves and concern about kite falling on your head makes it not the best time for swimming at least when I was there.  In my opinion $80 for what booking is selling it is a way overpriced.

Very basic hotel, overpriced on booking

For us, it's the best hotel in Munich. We drive every year, several times. We meet the New Year. There are no rumors and there will be no rumors.

Okay, that's it.

We stayed here for only a night. First of all, it seems that this resort is suitable for backpackers as it is at above average. We at first did not want to choose this resort. Howerver, The number of tourists going to Phan Thiet at that time was at the peak and all of the other resorts were fully booked. So we had to choose this.
But at my day to this resort, I was depressed by the car park here. It is an awful one. So it is definitely not the choice for family traveling by car or coach. And I think that the receptionist area should have been expanded. However, the receptionist is quite polite and friendly.
While walking across the resort area, the garden is quite lovely. And finally, I reached my room 326. Opening the room, the decor is well-organized. Though, the floor is extremely dirty that it had sand everywhere and ants were by the minibar and the floor and I had to borrow a broom and an aerosol from the cleaner woman. As well as the bed is not comfortable for me. It was hard nearly as rock that the next morning I had a backache.
Getting through the beach and the pool as it was great because of kite surfers club, then the thing happened. After our lunch, the floor of the side that face the beach is horribly smelly and dirty. I called the service and they did not respond until 15 mins later. Then the worst thing: at night, the guests from room 327 opened a party that was really loud for us to sleep at night. And we were frustrated that you guys did not at the receptionist at night to respond any situation from that noisy guests.
And also the breakfast is not various, too. Just some meals and drinks. That is all!!!!!?????
We were disappointed at your staff's responding. I had a tough night here. I recommend this for someone who are accustomed to loud noise here. Not recommended for family. Bad service! Never come back!

An awful experience for me. Should have been better than we expected.

Family resort, courtesy and discreet reception, quiet setting (out of season) clean, direct access to the sea (like all resorts elsewhere), beautiful and well-groomed garden, clean, spacious, nicely decorated room, paid $25 for a double room...

Excellent, with 50% off on Agoda (off-season)

This is a charming homey Choice.  The bungalow we stayed in could use a modicum of updating, particularly the bathroom, but the property is lovely.  Security is excellent.  The staff are welcoming, helpful and efficient.  The pool is large enough with a perfect temperature.  Fine breakfast.  The restaurant offers great food at reasonable prices.  Kite surfers abound picturesquely.  We moved here from a neighbouring resort and felt decidedly more comfortable.  The Fairy Stream is a worthwhile afternoon activity.  The nearest market questionable as a tourist attraction.

A Very Good Choice

The place was amazing, bungalow and area around quite unique. The pool and the staff were at the perfect level. The kite station at the hotel's beach is very comfortable to have if you coming for the wind. Breakfasts were well and various. The receptionist Be'ba (sorry if miswrite) was very kind and supportive. The owners farewell present was really touching. Good hotel and place close to the 'live' center. All needful service available for competitive price: airport collection, laundry, motorbike rent, etc. The overall impression is positive!
Some negative moments were observed but they were few and the minor. The breakfast in case of early departure to the tourist trips not good(bread, boiled eggs, and bananas). The dishes after food served to the bungalow have not been collected within days, no ashtrays on the tables at canteen (essential only for smokers). The pool bottom lights were not worked, so after sunset only limited illumination. The beach area is narrow and occupied by the kites and station visitors in case of good wind. The internet network works bad, almost no connection.

New year at Ngoc bich bungalow

The hotel has a great location right on the beach. We had a room on the ground floor that we thought looked like a bungalow. We liked it! It was very spacious with a small terrace and beautiful bathroom. On the premises there was a beautiful, large and clean pool. The whole outdoor area is really beautifully planted and maintained. We felt very comfortable there!
