I was traveling alone through Vietnam, and stayed 4 days at Ms. Yangs. She and her sister who lives there speeks a quite good English. The rooms were spacious, clean and nice with your own bathroom and an must have AC. 

Ms. Yang was a very friendly host, who gladly helped with tour booking or tips for what to do in the city. She changed my towel every day, even without me asking and even offered to wash my clothes. 

The breakfast was also very nice, with a different thing every day combined with some fresh fruit. 

The best thing tought is that she had a Golden Retriever called Golden who loved to be cuddled!

All in all, the homestay was very recommendable!!

Excellent address with like Mrs. Yang who will take little care of you and give you the best addresses in town and all the good advice to avoid getting fooled!

That's a great address.

I have had the pleasure of staying at Ms Yang Homestay district 3 HCM City five time since 2015. I can not think of any place that you would get better looked after and be made feel more at home. Ms Yang1 and Ms Yang2, yes you guessed it sisters, have an in depth knowledge of the local area and HCM City itself and have a plethora of suggestions and ideas for local adventure. If you need anything they can come up with the goods. The resident Golden Retreaver make for a pet friendly environment and encourages a warm and friendly ambiance. The large rooms with en-suite represent great value and all have welcome air conditioning something you can not do without in Saigon. I will certainly be back there before to long and wish them well as they re open from their recent renovation.

Ms Yang2 Homestay

There are 2 main reasons why I will always stay at Ms Yang's in Saigon from now on. The level of care towards guests is downright amazing. Ms Yang, Little Yang, Cuong and even Golden (the adorable Golden Retriever) really go out of their way to help guests during their stay. From tips about the best hole-in-the-wall places to things you should not miss out on when visiting the city is super helpful especially if it is your first time. As soon as you go through the gate, you really feel like family.

The homestay itself has good amenities and it is centrally located. As soon as you get to the main street, there are lots of shops and restaurants. It's adjacent to several districts, so it's easy to go around the city in different modes of transportation (xeoms, taxis and public buses).

Feels like home

Ms Yang is an excellent hostess, caring and always available to answer my questions. The hotel is a few minutes' walk from the tourist attractions and is located in a district with a lot of service. Very good address.

Very good address

Having arrived at Ms Yang homestay you can automatically tell it’s a superb place to stay. Ms Yang allowed us to check in early as we had an early flight and gave us a map with all the local attractions. Nothing was an issue for her and she went out of her way to make our stay pleasurable. I would certainly stay there again and can’t recommend her highly enough for her commitment in being a good host especially when she cooked us a Vietnamese meal at night. Cannot wait to go again.. ask for the dragonfruit yogurt it is to die for...

What a host!!!

This trip was a number of firsts for our family, first long trip with our one and a half year old, first time in a homestay and our first time in Vietnam.  Ms Yang's homestay was definitely the right choice. She and her family are wonderful and caring people, they treated us like family and her place was a perfect environment for our two young kids and their grandparents who we were also travelling with. I would highly recommend her place for families like ours who want to explore the exciting chaos of Saigon while having a comfortable and caring home to come back to.  The rooms are clean, cool (AC) and tidy. We spent a lot of time just hanging out with Ms. Yang and her sister given that our young kids needed breaks, naps, and playtime in between our trips in and around the city. They are both amazing with kids as well as adults! ;) We hope to visit again.

Family Fun in Saigon

Absolutely lovely Homestay. The place is exceptionally clean, has absolutely everything that you need for a stay in Saigon. Ms Yang and her family are lovely and will help you with anything that you need. My girlfriend and I stayed for longer than we originally planned and even returned a month later. Great breakfast, great sense of community, and all round great place. Can’t recommend it highly enough. We love the Yangs!!

Amazing place

I stayed in the house for almost 2 weeks waiting to find accommodation in HCMV, and I really enjoyed my stay. The room was big, the TV and the climate worked well, the possibility of access to the balcony, the temperature of the shower water was stable (important because it is not always acquired in Vietnam...). Apart from the spaciousness of the room and the good breakfast, I must say that Ms Yang and her family welcomed me very warmly. They gave me some advice on local life, explained how to get to some places and even advised me to wash my laundry and take my shirts to the press!

It's a great stay.

I recommend Ms Yangs Homestay 2 for anyone looking for a clean, well maintained and friendly place in Saigon. Ms Yang herself is incredibly friendly and helpful, so is her sister. Good location near plenty of good food and walking distance to many of the "attractions". Excellent value for money.
