My friends & I are very satisfied staying in this hotel. It is very clean, looks new inside the room and take note it has two bathroom. 

The staff are so friendly and they treat as us their family. The location is also very good in the tourist spot of Ho Chi Minh even though the street or hallway is to small. There is a night market near by, 10 minutes walk only. 

The breakfast is super great. We are so shock because of a super lot of choices. 

In general, we would recommend it and may choose it next time when we come back to Vietnam. 💓

District 1

Nice, clean accommodation with great breakfast. We arrived here and the start of the holiday was made very easy by the nice staff. Thanks to the street confusion with food, spa and other shops, it is not far from Bui Vien Street.

In the middle and still relatively quiet

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, excellent lunch (more than 100 menus), simple rooms with no windows, but quietly in an alleyway, close to the bus station and the city centre.

Excellent value for money

We promised to meet them on the street, but when we found them at 1 a.m. bypassing the running rats, the receptionist was asleep. A taxi driver called him to confirm that he would meet him on the road. It's pretty hard to find - a hotel in a narrow alley, far from the backyard.

They promised to go out and meet us. They cheated.

I can't tell you about the room because I've never had access to it. Having booked and paid for my room for a long time with agoda, my wife and I finally got to the front of the hotel. The person who received us literally threw us out despite our vouchers agoda without speaking a language other than Vietnamese! We ended up outside in the rain without understanding the reasons. We shouldn't have been the only ones in this case, because agoda to pay immediately and without arguing! The only bad experience in Asia...

Unwelcome

We stayed in this hotel for two days. It's hard to find a hotel, it's in a narrow alley. At first glance the hotel is clean, but the room was a lot of mud. The kitchen and the room were full of healthy cockroaches. The room was very poorly lit, only one light bulb worked. We had a room for two. The bathroom is very small, no curtains, sink and toilet. You could only sit on the side of the toilet. When you shower in the shower, everything around is wet and sink and sink. The water pressure is small, the water isn't cold, and yours. There was a lot of breakfast options, but they're the same. They're hot in a lot of laces.

Tarakans and ants

We stayed at this hostel for several nights - inbetween trips to other parts of Vietnam. The staff looked after our cases while we did the Mekong River trip overnight. They are very particular when you leave belongings with them - but that also hopefully means they are very safe! By the end of our holiday we knew the area very well and found many good restaurants and cafes to eat. Try the Noodle Restaurant by the traffic light intersection, one of the best noodle places we tried. Staff will give you directions to the 'yellow' restaurant. We went at lunchtime and it was packed with locals on their lunch breaks.
If you get the Vinasun taxi to Hallo Travel Agency, the staff there will guide you to the hostel - otherwise its pretty tricky to find. 
We found the staff very helpful, the breakfasts delicious, especially the fruit smoothies and juices

Convenient stop in Saigon

I liked the hotel, it was modest, it wasn't a big deal, but the excellent staff, the cleanliness, the location smoothed out some of the shortcomings, so if I go to Ho Chi Minh City again, I'll definitely stop here.

Excellent hotel right in the center.

Amazing family run hotel in HCMC. Can be quite tricky to find down a random alley, but awesome once you're in. Rooms are great, there are so many good breakfast options, and the staff are lovely people. I was ill and they let me have breakfast in bed and gave me ginger tea.

52 breakfast options!

We have booked the place because it is located right near the Chabad house and we were planning to arrive just before the fast of  Yom Kipur (a Jewish holiday).

When we arrived it was turned out that our room is still booked with a late checkout,  so in the meanwhile the lady who runs the place have us another room for the interim.  We put our things and headed to the beginning of the fast,  and when we got back it's turned out that the lady who runs the place is not there,  but the temporary room is a permanent one. 

Well, first it is the room of the lady who runs the place.  Second, wheteas the rooms of the place are located at top of the place,  the room was located at the bottom,  near the staff and near the KITCHEN (we were fasting!!!).

We told her all of that the day after but it seems she wouldn't listen. 

To conclude, we had a disappointing experience.
