Thanks to their quality, I was treated terribly and the owner is a top-notch despot. I paid a lot of money for nothing. Don't waste your time, it's better to go to the lidotel than have a bad tourist experience in this beautiful city.

The worst hotel in Punto Fijo

Very poor quality of service, poor organization in the late breakfast almost 1 hour to attend and another hour to serve as the establishment was almost empty, really decayed too much, I was hoping for better service.

Please pay attention.

Unfortunately, the hotel Palmas inn en Punto Fijo has fallen into its category: previously only a bottle of water was given and currently only small bottles; a computer for tourist use is not available; internal communication between reception and habaneros is not optimal; at breakfast no fruit is given which was previously if so; for the full day no towels are given and no animation as before; the hotel has a bodegon where verification of catches takes more than 15 minutes.

Palmas Inn is in decadence.

I had a long time (4 years) before I returned to Paraguay, the hotel Palmas Inn had visited him like this for about 7 years. The facilities are not bad, I think it's probably a little organized physically since it has to grow unplanned as the number of guests increases. I don't like the service, I think they don't have professional staff for that. The facilities are good in some areas, in others it seems like a smaller hotel. There are no ice dispensing machines on each floor, nor in the lobby, the only option they gave me was the pool area. The restaurant that supports the hotel is El Haban (loñaré aparte), not bad but when it comes to providing a hotel service (such as breakfast and discharges) it is a bad idea, making the pool almost impossible, but when you want to play in the afternoon, the hotel is pretty good size.

No is the best option.

The management at the hotel is terrible, 2 hours to serve you a dinner, I stay there with my family to welcome the new year, the Christmas dinner was served at 10:30 pm 2 hours after I ordered the dishes, to complete the meal was freezing cold and old, for the discount of $25 and only included ice a madness, the promotion on instagram is really fake because in the end you are charging the bottle (but the table of the hotel owners was 100% serviced) on the other hand, to give you a pool towel you have to give a deposit of $30 per towel which seems to me a discount.

Really Bad Governance and Coordination

The hotel is in very good condition. Very well maintained despite the country situation. It is very well located, with power plant and all its operating areas. The breakfast is included and is very good. Its restaurant is excellent and affordable prices.

Hotel Excelente estado is located in the city.

Undoubtedly the experience I was able to have was incredible, a different holy week, the incredible attention, comfort, and food from the exquisite restaurant, very comfortable and talented in the pool area, which at the same time is impressive, 100% recommended.

Excellent and without complaints!

I was there with a group, the place is very nice, although it is not as large as it looks from the outside. Spacious, comfortable rooms. One recommendation is that the staff cleaning the rooms do that, clean, do not change the towels (sometimes not that) and only place new towels. The breakfast is very good, the other meals in the restaurant that can be used by customers outside the hotel is good but sometimes not full. The gym should be that, a gym, has three machines and one no serving, a few small ones and had at least a small bar. The pool is suitable for families, not very large so for children it is perfect.

Very good hotel.

I stayed in the first days of January and I can say that the attention is phenomenal. I went for work and the 5 days I stayed were very nice. The HOTEL is close to the clinics and commercial CNTROS, which was very practical for me. I liked that it was near the clinics because I did some medical checkups, which surprised me how cheap the consultation $15 about. I recommend it.

Excellent very comfortable treat exclusive meals very rich comfortable room we feel like some kings and the treatment of staff with customers is very attentive really very pleased with this visit I hope to be able to continue visiting.
