The staff care is excellent from the time of check-in, during the stay, until the time of check-out; you don't want to leave. The food is delicious, they make thematic nights with varied dishes. The facilities are kept in very good condition, beautiful gardens and a clean swimming pool. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The recreational activities are very fun. It is our favorite hotel to vacation in Playa El Agua, Isla Margarita.

Relax as a family.

Beautiful hotel and picturesque, its well-maintained facilities, friendly and attentive staff. It's all included, although there is no buffet anymore, serving the dishes and personalizing the experience; the food was luxurious, as was the attention of the mesoneros.

A satisfactory stay

The hotel is very lacking in the services it offers, from the food, which is scarce to the most important details such as the towels in the room, incomplete and carpeted, and not changed until three days later, those on the beach, there were never any shelters on the beach only 5 for more than 70 host families, leaving much to be desired.

It's a nice hotel.

The hotel was a little old at the time. We had regular power outages in the evenings. The food was good and the beach was wonderful, right across the street. I would love it if someone wrote an up-to-date report on the hotel with some up-to-date pictures. I also remember that we flew with Condor directly to Porlamar.

Excellent attention, all the extremely friendly employees, the rich food even though it only has a buffet restaurant, good cleanliness, very good location in front of the beach, the water. the swimming pool very clean and pleasant and the drinks very good, as well as the show every night.

Excellent service, they are very friendly with tourists, very well located the beach in front, you can not miss swimming with dolphins, car island, cubagua island, safari, pirate boat race, Federica massages. The simple but pleasant food.

I've been here less than a month and I don't like the hotel. 1. wifi is really bad and I don't insist on taking a SIM to communicate with my family. 2. it's better to take care of their belongings and not to do room service, I've been robbed twice and no one answered the phone call even talking to the supposed hotel manager. El colmo. 3. encountered 3 cockroaches, which I don't like. 4. the season of that hotel is feoo y la.variedad malaaaaa. The season of eggs I like 7 days of rain. 5. packets to know the islands are expensive for foreigners. 6. they say the beach is in front of the hotel but in reality it's not.

It's boring.

Very good hotel excellent care good food good rooms the only place they don't clean the rooms every day of the rest is perfect. something I highly recommend are the massages of Mrs. Federica outdoors on the beach is professional in what she does because there are many massage therapists on the beach but she is the only one as such if she leaves it to one without pains. no if i forget to take the cocktail that i spent yesterday on the beach is very good. no if you regret excellent hotel.

Exelente is a very good one.

The hotel despite its age is very nice and pleasant in terms of facilities, we enjoy the pool, the food is from normal to bag, and what I don't like at all is that the bathroom had a leakage of water that we cleaned ourselves, the sinks when they cleaned the room all I did was fold the sinks, the towels and the bathrooms, or the ones that were soaked in the ground with which we dried the leakage of water, also the sink of the water tank was rotating.
