The check-in process is a bit slow, unless it was due to the high demand that the hotel presented over the weekend for being found celebrating about 15 years and an expo tattoo. The Manager is a very reasonable person and listens to the arguments of the customers.

A very well-preserved hotel, with a Manager willing to guarantee an excellent stay.

It is completely adapted to its price (including the shortcomings that this can mean considering that it is quite economical). it is an old hotel that, while it is moderately maintained, could offer more if you invest a little in it, obviously this would mean adjusting the rates... The negative: No hot water, the underwear is no longer white, the breakfast and apparently very close to the hotel is common to park cars with full volume music until the morning (at least 2 nights we spent in the hotel was like this) The positive thing is that it is well located, it is to reach, it is near the national park for those who want to know it. The staff is friendly, it is spacious, the food in the restaurant is good opportunity.

Passing hotel.

I loved the unparalleled price and everything worked correctly, from the TV to the elevator passing by the pool.An old hotel of excellent preservation, good service, friendly people, delicious breakfast, good coffee, comfortable pillows and beds, really surprised me how everything is so well organized, comfortable and complete for the situation in Coro and in el País.I highly recommend it, I will return!

The hotel is very good, excellent service from the receptionists, waitresses and diners. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast is delicious. The flaws I noticed are that there is a very unpleasant smell in the hallways, I would recommend a better maintenance of the pool and its facilities. The pool floor has stupid parts. The caen many leaves of the trees, there should be someone who constantly picks up those leaves. It is deep, there should be a signal from their feet of depth. No lifeguards watching that no accident happens. In addition, the shower and the pool bathrooms are very dirty, with a strong urine smell.

Very good hotel.

The hotel is quite old however it is well maintained but all its infrastructure is old. The room is clean if they have replaced TV and carpet although it is worth noting that the TV signal is bad. The bathroom is clean and also you can see that it is newly painted. The food is quite bad. Besides that there is no menu for dinner only offered two plates of meat and salmon, for breakfast there was no, had to wait for them to solve. It is unfortunate that they offer things and then they do not have the quality of customer service of the employees is very bad. no quality of service. To highlight the pool is very well taken care of.

Terrible experience, terrible hotel, terrible city, terrible weather, and not to be recommended, not even to your worst enemy.
Staff is not courteous. Even though I can not speak spanish they were blatantly mocking at my asian appearance, referring to me as "chino" (Spanish for chinese when I am actually Japanese). Utilities and services leave a lot to be desired, electricity blackouts, non-flushing toilettes, dim rooms, tons of dust and looks like in this poor city locals are devoted to harvesting molds which this so-called hotel has in abundance. The elevator was out or order (temporarily according to the front desk staff) but was so during the whole of my ordeal (stay). The ubiquitous stench of sweaty feet annoyed me, in the room, aisles, dining room and even the front desk. Cleanliness is a major issue, and even though the staff acceded to give me a new room twice, the new room turned out to be worst than the previous one. I am highly suspicious that this hotel due to its conspicuous low occupancy rate is used as a glossed over love hotel or gay hotel. I could find semen-filled condoms in two of the rooms with stains of what seemed to be human stool, there was semen impregnated on the walls of the toillet and I could also find a pair of stinky socks inside a drawer. My complaints were persintently ignored and I headed for the local tourism office located relatively near the hotel. Well, to my surprise, I found their attitude to be money-oriented, incompetent and rude as I was offered to get a decent hotel for just a "monetary collaboration" as the person of the tourism office said that he had not had luch due to his precarious income and that China (once more) was a rich Country. I left the hotel and headed for Punto Fijo which turned out to be a more civilised city with an international airport, which in to  turn was my departing point for neighbouring Aruba where the experience was quite different. Do not visit Coro, and do not risk your health and safety staying at this poor hotel. Venezuelan shame.

A hotel which quality is even far below Subsaharan African Standards

Totally overrated by tourist guides, who haven't visited it in years! Well situated, not far from the historic centre, the pool is overrun by outsiders at the hotel, almost impossible to access especially on weekends Resto correct, but Coro being a city where you can go out at night, we recommend it

I had a Venezuelan debit card, that of my beautiful son-in-law, it was cloned in this hotel on 4 March 2009 at around 20 H. I was arriving from Macaraíbo, with a friend, very tired (I have cancer, but I wanted to make this trip before my, hopefully, last, operation, namely the 9th). We failed to be vigilant, the luggage carrier saw the code, one of the receptionists had notated the ID number. The same evening, at around 11:57, there was a withdrawal of 500BsF, another one of 300 at 0H04, the next day.

In Coro, locally owned, new pool area, nice courtyard. Nice looking non chain motel. Close to coro airport and an italian restaurant.
