With the continuous devaluation of the local currency (bolivares) and the dollarization of the economy; most Venezuelans are between a rock and a hard place. Consequence a continuous  increase in prices, even in dollars!!!!
Going back to the Hotel: just take a taxi (ask the front desk) and go to any of the excellent restaurants in the areas around the hotel,it will be less expensive to have a delicious  steak or sea food and drinks plus taxi than a hamburger in the restaurant at the hotel.

Good location, clean rooms, terrible and VERY expensive restaurant. One micro hamburger is over $ 20

I stayed at this hotel for years and it is now still an imposing, solid and beautiful place. The architecture and furniture of the rooms are precious, the suites are huge, comfortable and well connected. We have had meetings in their living rooms and they are comfortable and well connected. They will find some restrictions in what makes a amenities so if not very quirky, they bring their products. The breakfast is good and abundant despite the blockade and other problems. The area is so beautiful and safe. It is not far from the metro stops of the landmark places. Being a neighborhood away from the popular sectors, at night it becomes uncompetitive and an early guard. Rescato owes the attention of the staff.

Time passes and it remains impressive.

I had stayed several times in the hotel more than two years ago, when it was called Embassy Suites. The facilities are still the same today, but they fail in detail. In my room the safe did not work because the batteries were lacking and the phone did not work (not even to call the reception). This was reported to the Sub-Manager on duty and was never resolved. The food was expensive and of very poor quality. We sat at night and on arrival, like at 1 AM, the hotel was closed, having to wait a good while until we were given access, exposed in Caracas to our assailants or things like that.

 Deception

A hotel with a privileged location, excellent facilities and excellent care.Recommended for business stays or family tours.I can only point out that due to its location, when there is some sporting activity or demonstration, the access collapses making it difficult to get to the facilities, besides I have no negative comments about it.

 Excellent installations and unmatched attention.

To begin with, we must say that this hotel is no longer Hilton, and therefore its name is now Ambassador Suites Caracas. Without embarrassment when you arrive in the room, you will find a hotel service guide (since it was Hilton), which is misleading xq offers services when questions tell you that they are not available for a while (such as the happy hour of cocktails and the newspaper in your room) When we arrive, it took more than an hour at the reception to confirm the reservation, and therefore we had made the reservation several days earlier via the Internet.

Good rest but little attention.

It's a luxurious and modern hotel, s=expensive but worth it as the attention and services are very good, the rooms are not to talk, I recommend it 100% for a business trip or a stay with the couple.

Very good and modern.

I had the opportunity to stay at the hotel for 3 days for business and pleasure reasons. I chose it because I had to meet in the lobby at 6:30pm and my surprise was that when I entered the area I liked its structure and decoration and finally because it was the best option for the cost benefit of the area. I have several things to consider, the first being that when they called me they offered me a room with breakfast included and a Happy Hour.

Very good service but with some details.

My 2nd time in Embassy Suites. I stayed for a week for work and again liked the place and the old fashioned and spacy suites. The breakfast is great and, the wifi is fast and stable and the business center works well. However, I do agree with other reviewers that the loud music from early morning is irritating. I also found it rather odd that the staff do not knock before entering the room - or if they knock they do not wait for an answer and lock themselves in right away. More than once they caught me only half dressed. Those minor issues shall not keep me from coming back, though.

Good option in Caracas

We didn't live here, we just took a break during a city tour and were glad we didn't live here.

That's how it goes.

Great place to do business. It is close to the financial centre, shopping malls and night recreation clubs and excellent restaurants of international cuicine. The business center in the hotel is complete and well equiped.
