The receptionist with the bad guy, asked x paid with a reward card and told me no idea. The rooms were full of mushrooms, lots of humidity, we were given separate beds (not that I complained about the large number of people in Tacuarembó) an outdated 14-inch TV, the soap that gave you was a bulldog. The amazing breakfast was just coffee with bread. A disaster. The good thing was that Abel Pintos was given a green round.

It's amazing.

We went to work alone for the night, they gave us 2 simple rooms. They were very basic, they had air conditioning. But NO hot water in the bathroom, we couldn't bathe in any room. A very poor breakfast even though we are in a pandemic.

Old, basic and lacking.

The hotel itself is very comfortable, very good breakfast, very attentive staff and at best the large swimming pool, very enjoyable for the northern heat. We dined there and the food itself was very good, elaborate, wide menu and prices agreed.

A good proposal.

While visiting  my in-laws in Tacuarembó I swam and enjoyed the sun at their great pool and patio. The woman at the front desk was kind and helpful. Mario invited me to take a sauna which I really enjoyed, and made me feel at home because we have a lot of saunas in my home state of Minnesota. 

Great pool and sauna

The hotel has a great staff, as well as a good restaurant. The room has a cooler, new TV, a good bed and a great shower, but the carpet floor, the peeling walls and the smell of bubbles made the nights more complicated.

Sensational team, but with very old facilities.

Central hotel. The bathroom has a strong smell of plumbing. Small size room. Good cafeteria. Nice attention. I wouldn't repeat my stay again. I hope you're thinking about connecting it soon.

 Needs an update.

Tacuarembó's classic hotel with a very good central location, comfortable bedrooms but in need of renovation, as well as the reception and common areas, good air conditioning, friendly staff and, best of all, the spacious swimming pool.

Well, but it needs renovation.

I've been there several times over many years. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms need maintenance, but it's passable. Staying in the upper floors, not the standard ones. The restaurant is good, very comfortable and the prices are reasonable.

 Acceptable

After going around the city looking for a decent hotel in the city and not finding one that is minimally habitable, we found the Tacuarembo hotel. Which was the least bad we found, but we stayed in an apartment, bad bed, moulded walls, old furniture, dirty and old bathroom, the only favourable point is the location.

Hotel of the same name, located in Tacuarembó, Uruguay, the city where Carlos Gardel was born.
