It's closed and sold out.

Poor hygiene. In the bathroom there is a smell of urine. Towels are clearly dirty and stained. The sheets were also marked as having a mouse color. A disgusting one. It was noted that they were not cleaned. The breakfast was a single toaster for everyone. A single person waiting madly and nervously challenging people at the consultations because they were running from place to place to cover everything. I never come back again, and I am in charge of notifying if anyone is going as it is, ever knowing that all that really changed. I hope they take into account the opinions and improve would be good for everyone!!!!

I can believe in change and the improvement when there is willingness.

Great location, but very old hotel, in need of renovation, room and interior area, smelling of mold, old mattress/bed, pillows, sheets and towels used a lot (clean but worn out).

Weak hotel

Economy hotel with good location, fair breakfast, always requested staff attendance and good information, accommodations can improve, but nothing that has interfered with our accommodation, air conditioning worked perfectly and the main room freezing. It has a beautiful view of the hotel roof, with a small hydromassage that was very clean. Everything in Punta Del Este is expensive, if you want an economical hotel, this is the place!

Economical and well-located

When we arrived, the bathroom was deplorable, the facilities poor, the lack of maintenance, the elevator not working (you have to go up and down the stairs) the hydromassage pool was with dirty water. It could not be occupied. The bathroom was badly ordered 2 times that please clean better, but they didn't. The bathroom wasn't cleaned, the floor wasn't either. The wifi signal was bad, you couldn't use the internet.

Un asco 

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days during the 2018/19 Reveillon. The hotel is medium to bad. Of the 4 days the elevator was only running one, the others went up and down the stairs. The room is OK, the air conditioning works super well, the bed is good, the bathroom is small and has no dryer, but the shower is good. The breakfast is OK and the wi-fi only works at the reception, in the rooms with only a lot of signals, I bought a chip of luck of course UY, but the luck was bad in the room! In which infrastructure the hotel is rated 3/10. As for the location I believe it is the best of Punta Del Del, it is located two kilometers from Mobydick and Soho, 10 minutes walk from the motorway and 15 minutes from Punta Enjoy. Now the location is 10/10 nearby.

We had an episode of the theft of an expensive pencil case and no one took charge.On the day we left the hotel my husband went up to his room to pick up the luggage and found the door open and a guest inside.Nobody said or did anything!!!Besides that dirty, stained towels.I would never come back.

Psimo is the name of the game.

My opinion is as follows: it is a luxury hotel, but more than acceptable, from the cleanliness, the breakfast, the good state of the smart TV, the good care of the staff, located near the center for the traveler who likes to walk, very remarkable its gaming room and the distance to the beaches of la brava y la mansa is nice to be walked in a city like Punta del Este.

Well, we were desperate to find a place to stay for New Year's Eve in the center of Punta del Este and the only place available was the Aquarium Hotel. We were impressed with the staff who were very friendly and helpful.  Despite the rundown conditions, the room was ok for one night and the breakfast was adequate. Yes, it was cramped in our room, but all was functional and the location was perfect! There was no wifi in the room but it was available at the front desk area. Again, for our purpose which was to have a room to crash after New Year's Eve celebrating, it met our needs.
