We left for one night due to a party, the room was the right size, clean and normal furniture, with a fridge that is not common for this category of hotels, good mood and TV. The friendly attention and the breakfast the best. Complete, well served and rich. Very well located, 1 block from the beach and 1 from the center. It is recommended for this type of accommodation.

A good option.

It's worth it, but only for very short stays. Good care but with mediocre facilities. The owners do their best to serve very well but the moisture in the walls is discouraging. Close to the sea and the central area of La Atlantida.

Small, humid rooms.

We were with my family and booked a triple room, the cost was about $120 with basic amenities, an outdated hotel, but with a reasonable breakfast and a very good location, close to the center and the beach.

Passing hotel 

Poor price ratio, shameful that they charge U$131 for a room with old bedding, impossible to keep clothes for the smell of the closet, in one of the rooms instead of vases were placed the Requesón bottles. The towels were rotten. The breakfast was scarce and when the bread was over it took an eternity to replenish. I booked there because it was full. But I would never go back. Given the precarious load of the facilities, they should not charge more than 35 or 4 dollars a night.

Good hotel. excellent price ratio, excellent quality. very comfortable, clean rooms. very comfortable beds. bathroom in very good condition. very good breakfast. excellent location, close to everything, away from the noise. attentive and friendly staff.

Recommended Recommended

Very conveniently located: near the rambla (2 blocks), supermarkets and the center. Simple hotel (no elevator), 24-hour reception, simple rooms with air conditioning and TV. Recommended if you just go to sleep. We do not use breakfast because we left very early.

Buen hotel 

Hotel without claims but close to the beach and the central area. Large and quiet, clean room. Wifi and good breakfast included.

Modest but Clean

We had no reservations and ended up in the only hotel the internet booking sites had available. Once we got here, we saw a few hotels that might have been better but we had already reserved.  
Location is not bad, a block from the beach.  It is a small town so everything is close.
The personnel in reception are friendly and helpful. 
The decoration in bad taste with no charm and everything is old and worn.   
Breakfast was surprisingly good.  Continental with several cold meats and pastries and cereal, yogurt, etc.  Coffee in this country is bad no matter the quality of the establishment.
Rooms are much worse than the booking.com pictures.  The only thing I can say is that they were clean.  
Lighting is almost none existent
There is no air conditioning, but we actually were cold at night.  There is no heat either.

Hotel recommended TioVitos restaurant for lunch.  Not great, not terrible.  We also had a beer at the Terrazas overlooking the beach.  Service is not great but it has a nice beach view.  Not loving Atlantida, but then, we are not loving Uruguay very much.  It is very bland and very expensive for what you get.  There are very few activities for tourist and only on the weekends it seems even in high season.
