When checking in the guy before us came back to say his room had not been cleaned.  My husband went to check on ours before taking the luggage up.  It had not been cleaned, second room had a bunch of things missing, chair, clock, luggage holder, pillows, etc.  Sure didn't want them to say we took them after we checked out.  Short staffed, waited for hours for maintenance to come bring us stuff, so could not dress down and relax.  Pictures on the walls, which were screwed on, were seriously crooked.   Old coffee and grounds in coffee maker.  Sign said Implementing Cleaning Protocals.  Manager next day, who was not in the city, said Not Possible, well it was.!

Missing Stuff

Ghetto!

People making noise outside all night. Right next to the highway so you get all the road noise, and trucks park on the other side so you hear them all night as well. Walls are paper thin.

Cannot recommend, even for the price.

It is located right off the freeway and it is right next door to an In N’ Out Burger and Cripy Creme, what else do you need. Room was average, basin faucet leaked onto counter so put a wash cloth around it. Otherwise the room was fine, lots of pillows and bed was comfortable.

I have stayed at 3 Quality Inns in the past two months.  After having very pleasant, clean comfortable accommodations in the first two I did not hesitate to stay here.  BAD CHOICE.   The first room I was given had a huge stain on the sheet folded over the bed,  it also had peeling, chipped walls and just felt dingy.  I asked for a different room,  the clerk made no apology,   said it was just a stain,  I repeated my request for a different room several times before being given another room.   This one did not have the sheet issue,  but felt equally dingy, unkempt and I was not comfortable with the accommodations.  I stayed,  but had a miserable night sleeping on a very sloping uneven mattress.   Going to breakfast I was disappointed to see that the breakfast was much less inviting, cold coffee,  no fruit and many fewer choices than had the previous Quality Inns had provided. 


Very DISAPPOINTED 

Pile of snuffed out cigarettes on the sidewalk by the pool.  Cheap quality bed.  Peeling paint in the room.  Fixtures poorly mounted on the walls.  Missing bathroom vent cover.  Manager keeps a personal car in the breezeway in front of the main office which makes me doubt their duty to security for all the other cars in the parking lot.  

Go to La Quinta across the street

I have never had the rudeness of front office. I showed them my reservation then they ask for a $100 deposit. No where on the web sight does it mention a deposit. The deposit had to be on credit card or cash. (No debit card) She never once said  welcome.  I signed the paper work for the arranged price and a second paper work for the deposit. They do not give you copies of what you signed. 
The hotel room is very out dated and they do not cover the common blanket with a sheet protector. The bath tub had patches and a crack.   At check out 6 am, you give your key through a window. I had to ask for paper work so I had proof that I made the deposit. She never said thank you or have a nice day come back. Just rude.  The hotel dose not meet Comfort Inn standards at all. 
 

Worst Hotel in America

We were booking a night and when we saw the hotel and the surrounding area, we ran away.

It's terrible. It's dangerous for your life.

Excellent reception and staff availability for late arrivals and without reservation. Quiet location. Clean and very well equipped room. Pool. Gym. Terrace overlooking the pool. Gigantic lunch offering sweet and salty foods, fruit, milk... free parking and easy access to the rooms.
