Horrible place. Place is all beat up. 

Not even a glass or cup in the room. Not even a chair.  No telephone!

Do yourself a favor and spend an extra couple of dollars to stay someplace decent.

Tp was soft! Bed was extra firm, but surprisingly able to sleep.  Bring your own soap and shampoo, do have smoking rooms, no carpets.  Air conditioning was great.  Microwave and small fridge included.  No bragging about the breakfast.  Served the purpose, just not fancy.  Would we do it again...yes.  Right by freeway...never heard a peep of.

Worst stay of my 7841 mile motorcycle road trip. Had to ring to get entry to lobby no matter what time of day. I found roaches in the bathroom. The room was dirty and smelled like mildew/mold. I had a difficult time sleeping knowing that there were roaches in the room. I checked my luggage thoroughly looking for bugs.

Dirty and roach infested

There were parking spaces in front of the house, the room was spacious. When we checked in the morning, the scent of Indian lunch smelled in one's nose (which, by the way, lasted three days). The Indian behind the counter was completely overwhelmed and also not so powerful in English. Armed with the room map, we looked at the room, which at first glance seemed clean. When we came to the room late at night and covered the bed, the surprise; everything was already used. E. The next day we did not enter the room, because the access card was only unlocked for one morning. Unfortunately, we had booked for three days, so on the third day we had the same game.

Not really recommended

We arrived later and staff was okay but I would not call them friendly........rooms were okay but people staying at hotel were loud and noisy up til about 3:30. Parking for a large truck was trying but doable. Being that close to freeway had one advantage, we knew how to get to I-5 south in a hurry........slow wifi

While the room was ok, the wifi didn't work (kept dropping signal or very very slow), front desk was rude and unhelpful and did not respond to complaints about noise.  Right next to freeway, but only 10 minute walk to old town.

Poor management, wifi didn't work,  sleepless night

People started fighting and banging on the walls next door at midnight, the front desk was unavailable, and we finally called the police at 4am to quiet things down.  The front desk was terrible - would only give us compensation if we had packed up and  left the hotel at 4am they said.  Internet connection was useless - weak and constantly dropping signal.  Red Lion which owns ABVI  said they could do nothing and we should contact our credit card for a refund. Room itself was ok except for broken fan, but management was incredibly rude and uncaring.  They did finally offer us a 5% discount on a later stay if we reserved now - sure.
